First in a bowl add maida, suji, salt, black pepper, carom seeds and oil, mix /rub the flour with your finger tips,the dough should be like crumbs.

Now knead dough using required water,(add little at a time) cover the dough and keep it to rest for at least 15-20 mins.

Now gently knead the dough again and divide it into 2 or 3 parts. Take a portion and roll it on (medium thick) flat surface using a rolling pin.

Now cut rolled dough into long strips with knife or you can cut them in any shape of your choice.

Fry them in medium hot oil until nice golden.

After cooling keep them in airtight container to store.
