Ingredients

  • 1bunch
  • 200 gmschana soaked, boiled
  • 2 cupsmethi chopped
  • 2onion chopped
  • 2tomatoes
  • 4garlic pods
  • 3green chillies
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • 1 tsp dhaniya jeera powder
  • 1 tspchana masala
  • 1/2 tsp chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 2 tsp tamrind juice
  • as requiredOil for tadaka
  • 1 tsp jeera

Steps

  1. 1

    Blanch palak chilli and make paste. Cut tomatoes make Puree with garlic pods. Cut methi leaves.

  2. 2

    Heat oil in kadhai add jeera onions fry for some time add tomato puree fry for a while add masalas cook till oil separates now add methi leaves fry for a min add palak paste, tamarind juice salt sugar cook for a while covered. And the palak methi chana is ready to serve.
