  • Oil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel & slice the plantain in a slant manner. Sprinkle with maggi & set aside.

    Ina a fry pan, add in oil, when its hot, add the plantain & fry

    Tk out when its golden brown. I added a bit of tomato sauce on it.
