Mutton Kerhaye

Boil mutton with 2 cup water, salt, whole black pepper and ginger garlic paste. When mutton is half done, strain out the mutton and remaining broth.

Now take a kerhaye, pour 1 cup oil init, add mutton and bhonofy it.

Now add broth, tomatoes, red chilli powder, crushed coriander and cook it.

When water dries out, add 1 cup oil, yogurt, black pepper powder, garam masala powder, green chillies and bhonofy it.

When oil comes out, dish out it into serving kerhaye. Garnish with ginger and coriander leaves.

Adjust salt and spices according to your taste buds.
