Some delicacies need to wait for the winter season. Green garlic is flooded in the markets when the weather has cool down so a lot of recipes are made that calls for the green garlic. I grow mine in my backyard hence this chutney get prepared as an when we like.
This versatile chutney goes well with parathas, bhakri or simple dal rice. Sometimes I spread it on a rolled out paratha dough, fold it and roll again. Make a crispy paratha that has supple garlic taste. Totally divine.
Has a shelf life of 4 days but lasts much longer if refrigerated.
