Ingredients

  • 2 cupsFlou
  • 1/2 cupSugar
  • 3 tbspnYeast
  • pinchSalt
  • 3 tbspnMilk
  • Water

Steps

  1. 1

    In a bowl add all the dry ingredients, mix everything and make a thick batter

  2. 2

    Cover and let it rise for an hour

  3. 3

    After an hour, deflate batter and mix well

  4. 4

    Heat oil in a pan and fry them in a low heat until golden brown
