Chicken ko sirka ya lemon laga kar rakh dain. Phir tamam masalay laga kar 3 hours ke liye rakh dain. Uss ke baad degchay mein charha dain jab pani khusk hojae tou ussey oven mein bake krlain aur coal ke baghar dain.
