Wash and perboil your rice

Wash and cut your carrots and greenbeans

Wash and grate your Scotch bonnet and garlic

Cut your greenpepper and onions and prepare your scramble egg

In a frying pan add a little veg.oil then add your Scotch bonnet and saute

Add your scramble egg and onion,maggi onga curry to it

Add your boiled carrots and greenbeans to it then add your greenpepper

Add your perbioled rice and fry for 5 to 7 mins

Check the taste and correct if necessary

For your sauce wash and cut your greenpepper and carrots

Wash and boil your beef with complete seasoning

In a pot fry your beef with a little oil and boil your carrots and add it too your beef and then u add your maggi and curry then add your green pepper and a little amount of water then you stir and leave it for 5 mins

Serve with your rice
