Ingredients

30minutes
6 servings
  • 2 cupsRice flour
  • 1 cupMoong dal flour
  • 2 tspSesame seeds
  • 2 tspSalt
  • 2 pinchasafoetida
  • 2 tspRed chilli powder
  • 2 tspCumin seeds
  • 200 mlCooking oil
  • 100 mlHot Water

Steps

30minutes
  1. 1

    Keep all the ingredients ready. Mix all above ingredients except oil. Knead well.

  2. 2

    Heat the oil in pan. Take murukku maker vessel, put dough and press in the required shape.

  3. 3

    Put pressed murukkus from dough into oil. Deep fry on sim fire and transfer to serving plate. Murukku/Chakli is ready to eat
