Yummy pumpkin paratha recipe for a perfect winter breakfast.
Steps

Knead the dough well and make balls.

Heat oil in a pan. Add the crushed garlic and green chillies. Saute till the raw smell goes off.

Add the onions. Fry until onions turn translucent.

Add the potatoes. Fry for some minutes.

Add turmeric and salt.

Now add the pumpkin. Cook until the pumpkin becomes mushy. Mash the potatoes as well. Keep this mixture aside to cool down.

Now roll out the dough ball. Stuff it with the pumpkin mixture. Close the dough ball by gathering all the corners.

Press it gently, sprinkle some wheat flour over it and roll it nicely.

Cook on a hot tawa over medium to high flame. Spread some ghee, flip and cook until done.
