Great tea in colds (got idea to post from sameera on cookpad!).and esp if you dont drink milk teas for health reasons this may be for you!.and can make it into lemon and honey tea too...InshaAllah it's a good cuppa!ad say it goes with pretty much anything?what wud you say?

Ingredients

4 medium cups
  1. 4 cupswater
  2. 2decaff teabags
  3. 1cinamon stick(was optional)
  4. 3 table spoonbrown suger
  5. 3 teaspoonfresh grated ginger
  6. 6-8good clove pods
  7. 6-8good cardamon pods(can rince before addin, if bit dusty)

Steps

  1. 1

    Prep your spices and grate your ginger

    Add the 4 cups(250×4ml),and two bags decaf tea.and brown suger and the cardamon pods,the cloves and the ginger.you can add cinamon stick if prefer.or use honey instead of brown suger.cook well until bring to boil.

    Seive all the spices etc away and can reuse spices within the day

food is a blessing from the almighty...if u lov food .try feeding ..while you can feed yourself still... or nurturing basically . mayb some advise wud b keep your resources resoursefulnes creativity talent and zest 4 good things n the right ways..in life...n safe and available in the right ways...so manage your recipes and ..i say this is one way of a system that allows 2 do that and mayb even more...right ?!?thnk.uu.remain blesed!!
