Vegetable cous-cous
Very rich as it contains the six classes of food.
Steps

All we need to prepare the dish

Place a pot on the fire, add in veg. Oil. When hot, put in the sliced onion & grated pepper & fry

Add in the spices, seasoning, carrot, peas and blanched moringa. Fry for 2mins. Put enough water to cook the cous-cous & bring to a boil.

Add the cous-cous and stir. Cover while cooking on low heat until all the water is absorbed. Add the green pepper Stir & put off the heat source.

Serve as desired.
