Ingredients

  1. 1 cupchopped onion
  2. 1 cupchopped tomato
  3. 1 cupboiled mashed potato
  4. 1 cupboiled peas
  5. 1 cupgrated paneer
  6. 1/4 cupchopped capsicum
  7. 2chopped green chillies
  8. 2 tablespoonpav bhaji masala
  9. 1 teaspoonkashmiri chilli powder
  10. 1/2 teaspoonkasuri methi
  11. 1 tablespoonlemon juice
  12. 3 tablespoonbutter
  13. for toasting pav/ ban
  14. 8pav
  15. 1 tablespoonbutter
  16. 1/2 tablespoonpav bhaji masala
  17. garnishing
  18. sliceLemon
  19. sliced onion
  20. grated cheese

Steps

50 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat butter in a pan add chopped onion and saute for few minutes then add green chilli, ginger garlic paste and fry till the raw smell goes.

  2. 2

    Then add mashed potatoes, boiled peas, grated paneer and some water and mix well cook it on low flame for 10 minutes.

  3. 3

    Heat some butter on tawa and add some pav bhaji masala then put pav slice on it and toast it from both sides.

  4. 4

    Serve hot pav with bhaji and garnish bhaji with sliced onion, sliced lemon, and some grated cheese.
