Paneer Pav Bhaji With Cheese

Heat butter in a pan add chopped onion and saute for few minutes then add green chilli, ginger garlic paste and fry till the raw smell goes.

Then add mashed potatoes, boiled peas, grated paneer and some water and mix well cook it on low flame for 10 minutes.

Heat some butter on tawa and add some pav bhaji masala then put pav slice on it and toast it from both sides.

Serve hot pav with bhaji and garnish bhaji with sliced onion, sliced lemon, and some grated cheese.
