  • 2beet root
  • 3 tbspsugar
  • 2big lemon
  • leafFresh mint
  • Strawberry flavour
  • cubeIce

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel the beetroot,and cut it into dice shape

  2. 2

    Squeeze the lemon and keep it aside

  3. 3

    Put all the ingredients in a blender

  4. 4

    Add sugar and flavour together with ice cube

  5. 5

    Pour the lemon juice blend it untill smooth

  6. 6

    Sieve the beet root juice and pour it in a glass cup or jar,garnish with mint leavesb
