Steps

Ready all the ingredients.

Grind together Jeera and Black Pepper. Make sure it is coarse.

Take a bowl. Add Wheat Flour, Maida, Coarsely grinded Jeera and Black Pepper (done in previous step), Crush ajwain from your hand and add in the bowl.

Mix everything very well.

Make a soft dough. Keep aside for 10 or 20 minutes.

Divide it in proper proportion and start making puris.

Start deep frying it till its golden brown.

The Puris are done. Keep it in Air tight container or Zip pouch bag. Easy to carry while going for picnics. Its very light in weight. Suitable for all age groups makes an ideal snacks for picnic. Easy to digest because of Jeera and Black pepper. Best part it can be preserved for atleast 2 days in any season just make sure to use air tight container. Enjoy snacking.
