  1. 2Medium sized bangan (cut into sliced)
  2. 2-3Medium sized potatoes (cut into sliced)
  3. 1Medium sized chopped Onion
  4. 2 TablespoonOil
  5. Salt as required
  6. 2 TablespoonCrushed pepper
  7. 1/4 TeaspoonTurmeric powder

  1. 1

    Sub sy phly ak bartan mein oil daly usko achi tarha garam kary.

  2. 2

    Jub oil garam ho jaye to is mein onion add kary or onion ko itna fry kary ke ye golden brown ho jaye.

  3. 3

    Phir jub onion golden brown ho jaye to is mein ye bangan allu add kar dy.

  4. 4

    Ab is mein namak crushed pepper or haldi shamil kar ke achi tarha mixed kary.

  5. 5

    Or cover kar ke medium to low flame par aram sy 15-20 mint tak pakny dy.

  6. 6

    Jub 15-20 mint ho jaye to check kar lay allu gal gaye hy to flame ko off kar dy or dishout kar dy.

  7. 7

    Spicy easy bangan allu ready to serve.
