Wash amla properly, transfer on kitchen towel.

When dry poke with fork.

Heat oil in a nonstick pan, transfer amla in it, add haldi powder, cover with lid and cook for 8 minutes, on low flame, stirring occasionally.

Add salt, mix well, cover again and cook for 5 minutes on medium flame. Check amla, If amla not cooked properly again cook for 2 to 3 minutes

Sprinkle saunf powder on it. Mix well. Amla Instant Achaar is ready.

Transfer in glass bowl or bottle, store it in airtight container in freeze for 10 days.
