In mixture jar add soaked moong dal by adding little water grind it coursely. Add curd and mix it very well.

In pan add oil, add urad dal, Chana dal, mustard seeds, Asafotida, allow it to crackle, then add green chilies, curry leaves, and grated carrot and mix it well. Add this tadka to batter, add coriander leaves mix it well. Add salt and mix it well.

Then add fruit salt and mix it well, pour this batter in oil greased idli plate, steamed it for about 10-20 min.

Serve it hot with tomato ketchup, stay healthy! 😊
