In a kadhai add oil and cumin seeds.then add onion and ginger.cook for five minutes.then add all spices and mix well.add tomatoes and cook again for five minutes.add cauliflower and mix.cover with lid and cook cauliflower 80%.now add lobia and mix well.cook again for five minutes at medium flame.add coriander leaves and serve hot.
