Mutton Cutlets

Wash and boil mutton keema. Strain the water. In a pan add chopped onions, ginger garlic paste and saute till colour changes. Add boiled keema and all masalas and salt and cook till completely dry. Let it cool completely. Grind it in a grinder.

Remove in a bowl.Add little garam masala, chopped coriander, bread crumbs and besan.

Mix everything well and make a dough.

Make cutlets and shallow fry.

Serve with chutney and salad
