Ingredients

  1. 1 glassrice
  2. 1 cupcauliflower
  3. 1carrot cut into pieces
  4. 1/4 cuppeas
  5. 1/2 cupmushroom
  6. 1/4 cupcorn
  7. 1/4 cupsoya chunks
  8. 1/4 cuppaneer
  9. 1onion sliced
  10. to tastesalt
  11. 1/2 tspblack pepper powder
  12. as neededwater
  13. 1/2 tspcumin powder
  14. 2 tspoil

Cooking Instructions

    In a kadhai add oil and onion. Cook for two minutes.then add all the vegetables and saute them very well for 15 minutes.

    Then add spices and mix well. Add rice and needed water. Give a nice mix. Cover with plate and wait until pulao cooked nicely.serve hot with curd or raita.
