In a pressure cooker add oil and cumin seeds. Then add garlic and saute it. Now add ginger-chilli paste and cook for one minute. Then add onion and cook for two minutes. Add all the spices and add tomatoes.cook for five minutes or masala is cooked perfectly. Now add mutton pieces and roast it for ten minutes. Now cover with the lid and wait until 5-6 whistles.after that open lid and add coriander leaves. Cook again for five minutes at medium flame. Serve hot with chapati and rice.
