In a bowl add grated carrot, coriander leaves,salt, chopped dry fruits,boiled peas, boiled corn and half tsp ghee.Filling is ready

In a grinder add cottage cheese, ginger garlic chilli paste, salt and add half tsp ghee and grind together.

Now make balls with this cottage cheese mixture and make a hole and fill with filling.

Cover to make proper ball and press slightly.

Now cover it with soaked basmati rice and transfer it in idly making mould which was filled with water and pre heated.

Transfer this balls in greased Moulds (using ghee) and steam it for 15 minutes till rice cook properly.

After cooking it looks like a beautiful flower. Serve hot and enjoy.

Cottage cheese is a good source of protein and my recipe is steamed not fried so it is best suited for health and best in taste also
