Ingredients

  • 500 gmsChicken
  • 1Bhut Jolokia dried
  • 150-180 gramsOnion, garlic, ginger paste (equal proportion)
  • as per tasteSalt
  • 1 tspChicken masala powder
  • as requiredGaram masala (cardomom,peppercorn,cloves,star anise)mix
  • 1 tspCoriander powder
  • 1 tspTurmeric powder
  • 1 tspCumin powder
  • as requiredMustard Oil
  • as requiredCoriander
  • 2Large tomato

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat a pan, add mustard oil 2 tablespoon, add all garam masala mentioned above 1 each.

    Add chopped onions, fry till it turns brown, add slit bhut Jolokia (1 is enough for extra spicy) mix all

  3. 3

    Add ginger garlic onion paste, add chopped tomatoes mix well, put coriander powder, turmeric powder, Cumin Powder, salt to taste, mix all.

  4. 4

    Make the flame slow and put cover for 15 min, pour chicken after that.Mix well

  5. 5

    Again put it in low flame to make chicken cook well for 15 min. Add the powder garam masala and mix all.

  6. 6

    Garnish with coriander leaves, serve hot with Pulao, steam rice, chapati, paratha, Naan, etc.
