Chicken Masala (Bhut Jolokia special spicy)

Heat a pan, add mustard oil 2 tablespoon, add all garam masala mentioned above 1 each.

Add chopped onions, fry till it turns brown, add slit bhut Jolokia (1 is enough for extra spicy) mix all

Add ginger garlic onion paste, add chopped tomatoes mix well, put coriander powder, turmeric powder, Cumin Powder, salt to taste, mix all.

Make the flame slow and put cover for 15 min, pour chicken after that.Mix well

Again put it in low flame to make chicken cook well for 15 min. Add the powder garam masala and mix all.

Garnish with coriander leaves, serve hot with Pulao, steam rice, chapati, paratha, Naan, etc.
