Ingredients: 250 gm Chicken with bones; 4 cups water; 1 tsp ginger garlic paste; 1 tsp salt; 1/3 cup Boiled corn; 1/2 cup carrot Julien cut; 1/2 cup cabbage; 1/2 cup Bell paper (green,red,yellow); 1 egg; 4 tbsp Corn flour; 1 tbsp hot sauce; 1 tbsp soya sauce; 1/2 tsp salt; 1/2 black pepper powder; 1 tbsp white vinegar; 2 tbsp tomato ketchup; 1/2 tsp dried mix herb

Aik pan Mein chicken,ginger garlic paste,salt or water add krain or chicken ko glne tak boil krlain.

Jab chicken boil hojaye to isay stock se nikal lain or hath se shredd krlain.

Ab stock ko ubal eye to is Mein shredded chicken,boiled corn,carrot,cabbage shamil Kar ke 5-6 mint tak pakayn.

6mint baad is Mein Bell paper(Shimla mirch) daal dain or mzeed 3mint pakayn.is ke baad is Mein soya sauce, white vinegar,hot sauce, tomato ketchup b shamil krdain. Or sath hi 1/2 tsp salt and black pepper powder b shamil krdain.

Is ke baad 4tbsp corn flour ko Pani Mein mix Kar ke paste bana lain or ahista ahista soup Mein shamil krtay jayn.

Phr is ke baad is Mein 2egg white ahista ahista shamil krain. Or last Mein dried herbs b daal dain.

Or phr serving bowl Mein nikaal lain or upper se thory se boiled corn, soya sauce or hot sauce shamil krdain.
