First kneading atta with salt as per taste, cumin seeds & olive oil, make soft dough with right amount of water. Before Keep dough aside apply little oil over the dough.

Take one bowl keep moong dal for boiling with salt as per taste. As dal gets boil, take another small pan. heat oil put crush garlic, curry leaves & green chillies. Start crackling pour over the boil dal.

Heat kadai with oil for frying. Take small ball from the dough, make small roti with the help of rolling pin. With the help of knife make small small cut over the roti and deep fry until it gets crisp.

Serve pakwan with boiled moong dal for breakfast.
