1/2 cupchana dal
1/4 cuptoor dal
8/10dry red chilli powder
to tasteSalt
2 tspCoriander powder
1 tspCumin seeds
1 tsptil (sesame)seeds
3 tspGroundnut optional roasted

Roast dals till raw smell goes, dry roast til, zeera and dhania, grind all the ingredients with salt and red chilli.this power can be taken with rice and Dal,or roti,mix it with oil.
