Steps

Cut and wash spinach with water and keep aside.

Bring a big bowl of water to boil,add washed spinach to the bowl for boiling cook for around two minutes and at that time put the spinach from the boiling water to the cold water for blanching and then drain in a strainer and keep aside. And also stored the stock of spinach that is boiled water of spinach.

Now take another pot melt butter,oil add minced garlic and chopped onions, and add black pepper

Now let the onions soften and raw smell of garlic is gone, fry for about two minutes until the raw smell of the garlic is gone, mix well and cook for around two minutes.

Now add blanched spinach, mix well,add salt mix well and let it cook for two minutes. Now add the spinach stock and boil over medium high heat for about ten to fifteen minutes and then keep aside for decreasing the temperature of the spinach gravy.

And now blend until the spinach becomes smooth and creamy.

Now put the whole thing in the heated pan of the oven. With adding chilli flakes boil.ln another bowl put little cool stock of spinach, add corn flour mix well and add as needed milk cream and milk powder mix well and put to the spinach soup and stir until smooth and thick like creamy texture.

Delicious healthy creamy spinach soup is ready to serve,Serve hot with toasted bread.
