3 to4 persons

1brain (boiled and in small peices)
2chopped onion
2chopped tomatoes
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tspred chilli.powder
1 tspcoriander powder
1 tspzeera
1tsp.salt
1/2 cupoil
Green coriander for garnish

Steps

Take a pan put oil and zeera in it

Than add onion and fry it than add tomatoes and ginger garlic paste fry it

Than add all spices with splash of water and add brain peices cook on slow flame

When brain get cooked and oil seperates garnish with green coriander
