Ingredients

  • Parsnips (keep the cores unless really really hard)
  • Leek
  • Butter beans
  • Butter
  • Olive oil
  • A. little rosemary
  • Tiny bit turmeric
  • Black pepper
  • White pepper
  • Veg stock
  • Yoghurt (some)
  • Cream cheese (more)
  • Sweetener

Steps

  1. 1

    Fry parsnip, leek

  2. 2

    Add all other ingredients except yoghurt and cream cheese. Add water, boil until very soft

  3. 3

    Food processor

  4. 4

    Add cream cheese and yoghurt, heat up CAREFULLY - boiling will cause curdling!
