Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

First of all, mix 1/4 cup of lukewarm water (you can also add milk instead of water) and dry yeast, and sugar in a bowl.
Cover it and keep it for 10 - 15 minutes (in winter it takes longer; in summer, yeast can do it's work in 3-5 minutes)
As soon as the bubbles start to form in the bowl, add flour, olive oil, salt and knead it with flour (with the help of palms), mixing well.
Grease the dough with butter and put butter or oil around the bowl and keep it in a warm place for 1 hour.

  2. 2

You will see that the dough has doubled. You go out and mash it again with the help of palms and take out the air.
Now make 4-6 dough balls equal to this flour.
Spread the balls with the help of fingers.
Put pizza sauce in the middle, add chopped onion, capsicum, cheese and put pizza seasoning on top and lift it from the side to make it round.

Likewise, prepare the remaining pav as well.

  3. 3

Now put butter on the pot making the pots and keep the round balls (take care not to keep them all close by, leave little space in the middle).

Put a brush of milk on these balls and put pizza seasoning on the top.

Cover this vessel with a thick cloth and keep it in a warm place for an hour (in winter you can heat it and put it in it)

  4. 4

Preheat the oven for 10 minutes and return it to 180 'C for 15 minutes.

Remove the pav and put butter on top (it stays soft and looks good) and remove it lightly from side to side with a knife.

  5. 5

After 15 minutes your super spongy pizza bomb pav is ready, you can serve it with sauce, chutney.
