Put arhar dal in the bowl, after washing the dal with water soak the dal for ten minutes in water.

Next put the dal to the pressure cooker and add as needed water, salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and chopped tomato and bring to a boil and give four city to the dal and keep aside until dal releases the vapor.

Now put a pan on the oven and boil one tablespoon ghee over medium high heat put chopped spinach leaves and saute for two minutes then put in the boiled dal, add garam masala powder. And mix it well.

Now put oil to the same pan, add jeera add hing saute for a minute and then put it in the arhar dal and give it a well mix.

Yummy healthy palak wali dal is ready and it's best with hot rice.
