Dry roast the poppy seeds on low medium flame. Stir continuously. It will take approximately 2 to 3 minutes. Remove it to the plate.

In same pan dry roast grated coconut. Stir continuously. It will take approximately 2 to 3 minutes. Remove it to the plate.

Now add 1 tsp ghee and roast walnut, cashews and almonds together until slightly aromatic and slightly golden. Remove it to the plate. Switch off the gas.

In same pan add 1 tsp ghee and place dates, anjeer and raisins together. Stir well. Do not roast them for a long.

Add dates, raisins and anjeer to the blender. Blend it coarsely. Set aside.

Then blend cashews,walnuts,almonds and poppy seeds together. Blend it coarsely. Crush dry coconut with hand.

Mix all ingredients together well. You can add edible gum but it is optional. Divide the mixture into equal portion and roll each portion into the balls.

Now our dry fruits laddu are ready to serve.
