Ingredients

  • Potatoes
  • Turmeric powder
  • Vegetable oil
  • Salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Clean the potatoes, with the potato skins still onand dice into wedges

  2. 2

    Boil in water, salt and turmeric slightly to soften the potatoes but not cook

  3. 3

    Transfer to a lined baking tray, drizzle with some oil and bake for about 30 mins at 160 degrees

  4. 4

    Poke with a toothpick to check if poatoes are well done and enjoy with a stew of your choice.
