Ingredients

  • 1 cupcooked chana
  • 1 cupsweet corn
  • 1 spoonfried white sesame
  • 1/4 cupolive oil
  • 1onion
  • 2green chilli
  • 1 spoonjeera(cumin) seeds
  • 2 spoonchopped coriander
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 2 spoonOregano
  • 1 spoonchilli flakes
  • 100 gramcheese
  • 1lemon
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 cupMaida(all purpose flour)

Steps

  1. 1

    Maida, salt and water mix, dosa bater consistency.

  2. 2

    Heat the pan, add oil, jeera, green chilli, garlic and fry it. Now add onion and fry them.

  3. 3

    Add corn and mix. Add chana, coriander leaves, salt and lime juice and mix. Stuffing palya ready.

    Heat the tawa, pour batter and prepare dosa.

  5. 5

    Take dosa, add grated cheese, fried sesame palya and once again cheese. Sprinkle the oregano and chilli flacks, and cover and roll.

    Place on the tawa, add oil and cook. Once it crispy..
