Take a non stick pan or tawa put oil and butter and when hot add in the chopped onion and saute for a minute.

Add in the chopped green chilli,ginger and garlic paste and saute for a few minutes.

Add in the dry masala powders, salt and mix well. Add chopped tomatoes and capsicum and cook for 2 minutes.

Sprinkle little water and stir well. When done turn off the gas and garnish with coriander leaves. Add a few drops of lemon if u like.

Now heat a tawa and put the pav pieces after slitting into halves, but not fully. Apply butter and heat from both sides.

Put some cooked masala inside the pav and some on top,garnish with coriander leaves and butter. Serve hot. Your masala pav is ready.
