Ingredients

30 minutes
  • 4medium sized carrots whole or diced carrots
  • 1small onion
  • Tatashe (quantity depends on your preference)
  • SachetTomato paste
  • 1Smoked fish or sardine and crayfish
  • Blended Tomatoes and pepper
  • to tasteSalt
  • cubesChicken
  • Vegetable oil

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Wash the onion, and Tatashe. Cut or dice to your preferred size. You can cut tomatoes if you prefer and set aside.

  2. 2

    Wash the carrots and dice it. If you have already diced carrots good.

  3. 3

    Wash the smoked fish and break it into small pieces depending on your preference.

  4. 4

    Put oil in a pot or a sauce pan preferably. Fry the cut up vegetables.

  5. 5

    Add the blended pepper and tomato paste to the sauce pan.

  6. 6

    Add the carrots, salt to taste and chicken cubes. If need be add dry pepper.

  7. 7

    Add the Titus sardine or smoked fish and crayfish

  8. 8

    Add the diced carrots and allow it to cook for a few minutes.

  9. 9

    You can serve with boiled rice or boiled spaghetti
