Carrot Sauce
I made this up because it's different and I love different.
Steps

Wash the onion, and Tatashe. Cut or dice to your preferred size. You can cut tomatoes if you prefer and set aside.

Wash the carrots and dice it. If you have already diced carrots good.

Wash the smoked fish and break it into small pieces depending on your preference.

Put oil in a pot or a sauce pan preferably. Fry the cut up vegetables.

Add the blended pepper and tomato paste to the sauce pan.

Add the carrots, salt to taste and chicken cubes. If need be add dry pepper.

Add the Titus sardine or smoked fish and crayfish
- 8
Add the diced carrots and allow it to cook for a few minutes.

You can serve with boiled rice or boiled spaghetti
