1 lbHot Sausage
1yellow onion (diced)
5russet potatoes (pennies)
2large cloves garlic (grated)
48 ozlow-sodium chicken broth
1 bunchkale (1 inch chopped)
Dashsalt
Dashground thyme

Steps

Sauté onion and garlic in olive oil

Brown sausage, then add chicken broth and bring to boil
3

Add potatoes and kale and simmer for 5 minutes

Add 8oz heavy cream, 1 tsp thyme, 1 tsp salt and simmer for 5 minutes

Serve hot! (Preferably with bread 😉)
