First,, take one big vessel add curd and water mix well no lump should be there.

Then add grated cucumber,boondi, salt, black salt, red chilli, coriander leaves, red chilli powder again mix it well.

Now tempting take one big spoon switch on the gas place the spoon on gas add oil then add cumin, mustard when seed are crackling then add pinch of asafoetida directly pour the tempering into the raita.

You can skip the tempering process.
