Add the chilli oil and heat up. Then the chopped onion and fry for 1 minute

Next add the mince and Italian herbs and pepper mix in and fry until mince is coloured. Simmer for 10 minutes. Add the Sriracha sauce and mix in then add the chopped sweet peppers and carry on simmering turn

Add the tin of tomatoes and mix in. Then add the dried beef stock cube. Stir in carry on simmering for a few minutes more.

Then add the Tomato purèe and a tbls Grated Cheese stir.

Lay the four wraps out and divide the meat between them. Tuck in bother ends of the wrap then carefully roll it wet the end with water helps to stick the wrap down.add to an Oven dish that will hold them tightly together.

Sprinkle Chedder cheese mild grate over the cheese wraps. Then a little mature Chedder cheese on top then slice a piece of Brie cheese to go on top of each one.

Add to the oven on 180°C for 10-15 minutes. Serve Hot. Take care separating each wrap when adding to the plates.
