Cooking Instructions

Boil & grate or mash the potatoes. Add the spices, salt & butter. Mix using a fork.

Cover a tray with cling film. Place the potato mix onto it. Flatten out with a greased hand. Cover with the excess film & freeze for 1 hour.

Take out & cut into triangles.
- 4
Take a triangle, coat in flour, dip in egg, the coat with breadcrumbs. Set aside & do same for the rest.

Fry in hot oil on medium heat. Take out of the oil when fried.
I love cooking although the nature of my job allow me little kitchen time but I still try to make every meal worth it.
