Ingredients

  • 1 cupTil
  • 1 cupJaggery
  • 2 tbspGhee

Steps

  1. 1

    Roast the til for 3 mins on low flame.

  2. 2

    After 3 mins switch off the flame.

  3. 3

    Grease the tin.

  4. 4

    Heat the pan add ghee.

  5. 5

    Add jaggery.

  6. 6

    After Jaggery gets melted add til paste

  7. 7

    Mix well and switch off-gas flame.

  8. 8

    Make small pedas.

  9. 9

    Garnish with some chopped cashew nuts
