Ingredients

  • 1 cupGreen moong dal
  • 3Green chilli
  • 1 inchGinger
  • 1 tspJeera( cumin seeds)
  • 1 tspSaunf ( fennel seeds)
  • 1/2 tspHaldi( Turmeric) powder
  • 1 tspDhaniya ( coriander) powder
  • 4 pinchHing( asafoetida)
  • 2 tbspRice flour
  • 1/2 tspRed chilli flakes
  • 1/2 cupCorrainder finely chopped
  • 1 tspSalt
  • as neededOil

Steps

  1. 1

    Green moong dal - wash 2 to 3 times

  2. 2

    Soak in 2 cups water for 3 hours

  3. 3

    After 3 hours drain the water

  4. 4

    Add green chilli & ginger and grind dal in to rough paste

  5. 5

    Add all masale

  6. 6

    Mix well 2 to 3 min

  7. 7

    Heat the oil.

  8. 8

    Fry pakodas on medium flame
