Take a pan and dry roast rava in it.

Take another pan and add oil in it. Add mustard seeds then add chopped onions, ginger and green chilli in it. Cook till golden brown then add carrots to it. Cook for five minutes then add salt and chilli powder to it. Add water to it. Once boiled add roasted rava to it. Mix well and make sure no lumps are formed. Cook till rava absorbs water and thickens up. Serve it with coconut chutney and enjoy it in breakfast or as a snack.
