Economical and Flavorful Pork Belly and Cabbage Stir-fry with Salt and Pepper

cookpad.japan

I think this is a pretty ordinary recipe, but it's too simple, so it doesn't come up in a search. And I thought that rather than just stir-frying, following just a few helpful hints could make this common dish really delicious, so I decided to post this recipe.

We use an electircal cooktop in our home. Since you do not directly salt the cabbage, its flavor really comes out and the flavor of the salt and peppered pork belly doesn't get too strong. It's healthy since no oil is used. The ingredients are cheap and it's ready in only 15 minutes, so it's convenient. Recipe by Rerere3brothers

  2. 2

Heat a pan over high heat and then add the pork belly. The fat in the pork belly will melt, so it's not necessary to use oil.

  3. 3

The pork will stick to the pan at first, so leave it without stirring for 30 seconds. Then stir-fry using a wooden spatula.
