Ingredients

1large mango diced
4spring onions sliced
1red chilli finely diced
3 cmcucumber diced
Juice of 2 small limes
Small handful of fresh coriander chopped

Steps

Slice and dice a red chilli and place in a bowl.

Chop the spring onion and add to the bowl too!

Peel and dice the mango, add it to the bowl as well.

Prepare the cucumber and add that as well.

Squeeze the lime all over.

Chop and add the coriander.

Mix well and serve! Simple
