Simple .may be consumed just as is with some chilli garlic sauce ,or the famous ...ketchup!! but..why not add some nice salads relishes etc!?!..make it your healthy version by adding some sides and salad may just add to some color and better taste and make it a level healthier InshaAllah...

Start by frying our choosy,leave without turning until crispy and change color abit,then can turn/stir with slotted spoon

Remove into paper towel or clean newspaper, when cooked then set aside.start with bit of oil on big pan and heat briefly,beat eggs add bit of salt and cryshed pepper.then add beaten eggs and let cook half way while loosen sides so as not to stick

If cant turn easily cut into half and turn by quater..then let cook on other side (try get eggs cooked thru as much as can,try pressing down gently all over surface.this cooking method had.a possibility of egg at some areas not to cook thru and be slightly runny.inshaallah you can try fix that somehow,?If don't mind is it's ok..Also when set to cool can heat up in microwave before eating so that issues resolve inshaallah
