Ingredients

  • Whip cream powder
  • Icing sugar
  • Full cream Milk
  • Condensed milk
  • Vanilla flavor
  • Milo
  • For Condensed milk
  • 1 tinpeak milk
  • 5 tbspsugar

Steps

  1. 1

    For the condensed milk, add the milk & sugar in a pot, stir continuously over low heat until the sugar dissolve.

    Continue stirring to avoid lumps until a semi thick liquid is formed. Tk off the heat & leave to cool

    For the ice cream. Pour the milk into a bowl, add the whip cream powder & mix using a hand mixer

    Add the vanilla flavor, icing sugar, condensed milk & mix

    To make chocolate ice cream, I used Milo

    Pour into containers & freeze for 2hrs, churn & freeze for 6-8hrs.

Hello ma'am. I would love to make this soon but asides the condensed milk. You didn't specify the quantities of the ingredients you used.
