Power of Grains~Vegan Wok Fried Rice😋

Cook the brown rice and keep it on one side!

Chop all the vegetables and the other ingredients like fry Tofu and keep it a side

Now a pan or wok add oil and saute all the vegetables for about 2-3mins except (tofu)

Once they are sautéed nicely add fried tofu and pour the ladder of Fire cracker sauce mix and toss it all together

Add salt to taste if needed and stir well,lastly mix the cooked rice and stir until the rice and vegetables and thoroughly mixed together

Serve them hot 🔥 with some curry or raita as per your preference 😋
Tips
After adding sauce don’t keep the vegetables for longer time quickly mix rice and that makes the rice more delicious 😋
